AdBlue / SCR system

Reprogramming cars to remove theAdBlue is a process that involves modifying the engine ECU software of a diesel vehicle's engine so that the AdBlue injection system does not need to be used.

Selective Catalytic Reduction (SCR) systems   can vary depending on the manufacturer. They are basically composed of an AdBlue tank, an SCR catalyst, injectors, product dosing control and finally a 32.5% urea solution, known in Europe by the  trade name AdBlue.

In some countries it is very difficult or impossible to supply Adblue. In addition, in many places around the world the fuel is of very poor quality and in such circumstances it is not mandatory to have the system active and so it can be deactivated. For this reason, in many cases it will be mandatory to cancel it. If Adblue cannot be cancelled, the vehicle may become unavailable for driving due to electronic limitations.

What is AdBlue?

AdBlue is a liquid used in diesel engines to reduce nitrogen oxide (NOx) emissions produced during diesel combustion. This liquid is injected into the vehicle's exhaust system to convert NOx into nitrogen and water, thereby reducing air pollution.

The SCR system is particularly delicate and sometimes the source of frequent and expensive breakdowns due to the difficulty of its diagnosis and the high prices of its components, forcing its owners to invest thousands of euros to be able to get back on track, without having the guarantee that the system will not fail again. The implementation of our SCR AdBlue solution can  solve any problem in the system  and ensures that these breakdowns will not be repeated in the future. With this solution that we offer, we will turn off all the lights of any breakdown in this system.

Is it still consuming AdBlue after the Reprogramming is done ?

Are SCR going to regenerate?
